Quality

At Cirkel, quality is a broadly defined concept. It begins with the selection of raw materials. We are just a bit proud to be able to say that our products are manufactured exclusively using natural raw materials of the highest level of purity.

We would especially like to mention our deposits of quartz sand here in Haltern am See - unique in Europe due to their purity.

In addition to our high standard of quality for our products - from raw material to finished product - the quality, i.e. competence of our employees is a significant factor in our success. Education, training, and personal commitment form the basis for this.

Quality assurance
The automated production process in all plants is continuously subjected to strict internal quality control and regular external inspections. We are happy to let someone "look over our shoulders" and are proud to pass every inspection with flying colors.

In addition to the external monitoring of our internal quality control, we voluntarily subject our products to testing for quality and characteristics.

For our customers, this means an addition assurance of quality for the products we supply. In 2006, we were awarded the seal of quality by the 'Qualitätsgemeinschaft Mauerwerksprodukte' for this voluntary quality control. 

In regular QM sessions, all divisions of the company meet together to discuss defects and shortcomings and remedy them as soon as possible. This is an advantage of a mid-sized business with a flat hierarchy. To assure quality, we comply with the international requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001.

The highest priority for environmental protection is treating our natural resources with care.
